Do I need previous ICT knowledge?
Not for most programs. Five of the seven boot camps have no prerequisite. Cybersecurity (RTC-CS-104) and IT Infrastructure (RTC-INF-105) require the Help Desk program (RTC-HD-102) or a passed Rotech entry assessment.
How long does each program take?
Every program runs 3 months: 13 weeks per shift, including a one-week holiday buffer. Programs total 220–240 training hours.
Are the courses practical?
Yes. Training is about 90% hands-on, with lab work, a capstone project and cooperative training or a workplace project.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Graduates receive a certificate of completion through the PICE certification pathway. You need at least 80% attendance to sit the final assessments.
Can my organization enroll a group of employees?
Yes. Organizations can enroll a group of 3 or more employees at the organization rate. Contact admissions for details.
How do I pay?
It's a one-time payment that covers the full 3-month program: training, labs, LMS access, capstone project and certificate. There are no monthly fees. Pay before the program starts, into the official Rotech–PICE account, and keep your receipt.
What happens after I graduate?
You choose your path. If you want to start a business, you get free entrepreneurship training and incubation space at Rotech. If you want a job, we add you to the Rotech Employment Platform and work to find you a position with employers in our network.
Is the entrepreneurship training really free?
Yes. Entrepreneurship training is free for every Rotech × PICE trainee, on top of your technical program.
How does the Rotech job platform work?
When you graduate, we create your profile on the Rotech Employment Platform with your skills, certificate and capstone project. We match you with openings from companies we work with and help you prepare your CV and interviews.
What happens if I withdraw?
Withdrawals and refunds follow the joint Rotech–PICE refund policy. Ask admissions for it before you pay.
